At zestt, we want you to love your space, which is why we offer the Love Your Space™ guarantee.  You can feel free to return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, less shipping and handling.  You are responsible for the cost of return postage.  Our goal is to make shopping for home accessories a fun and relaxed experience!

If an incorrect item was received or if the item was damaged in shipping, we ask our customers to contact our customer care team by phone or email within 48 hours in order to directly address their return.  The customer care rep will assist the customer with the process to quickly send you a return-mailing label and expedite your replacement.
